About the author
Erica Lineberry is a passionate climber who loves getting outdoors with her family. When she was pregnant with her first child, she started her blog, Cragmama, in order to chronicle and share her experiences rock climbing, staying healthy, and with child care logistics, among other topics. Her hope is that she can help others by sharing her own experiences so they can keep doing what they love.
She’s also a writer who has contributed to several online blogs and magazines, and offers coaching services for those wanting to achieve specific climbing goals.
