Payment:

  • We accept most major credit cards –VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are welcomed here. Please contact us if you’d like to pay with a check or money order.
  • Your credit card will be charged for pre-orders at the time that you place your order, and the books will ship when they become available.
  • Orders shipped to the state of Colorado are charged sales tax.

Shipping:

  • Orders are usually filled within two business days, and more often during peak season. Please call or e-mail us if you have any special shipping needs (guaranteed 1 or 2 day express, UPS, and international service).
  • We offer two shipping options for US customers at check-out and the cost is the same no matter how many books you purchase – $4.99 for USPS media mail (transit time can be from 4 up to 14 days) and $9.99 for USPS Priority Mail (transit time is usually 3 to 4 days, but is not guaranteed), except where noted. The coffee table books carry an added shipping cost — please see individual items for specifics.
  • Tracking information is available for all shipments and will be provided in an e-mail. If you don’t receive tracking for your order once you have received confirmation that it was shipped, please check your spam folder or contact us.
  • International orders please use contact form for a custom shipping quote.

Returns:

  • Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order and we will take care of it right away.
  • If you need to return your order within 30 days, we will refund your order value less shipping charges. Please include your order number and securely package the unopened book(s) for safe transit. Send to:
